In this digital format, the innovative business models and ideas will be presented and discussed to interested viewers and investors.
RTLS for mobile marketing
The two founders Prof. Dr. Hans-Christian Riekhof and Stefan Brinkhoff report on the practical use cases of real-time locating systems (RTLS) in mobile marketing. In addition to precise indoor navigation, which enables route finding and orientation in complex assortments and buildings, campaigns can be received directly at the shelf via a push impulse on the basis of real-time location information. A recommendation engine supports personalized delivery by selecting the most relevant campaigns for individual users.
In the environment of various industries, we deliver ready-to-use B2B solutions as a full-service provider which includes the areas of consulting, technological implementation of app development, backend and analytics as well as coordinated localization hardware. locandis’ digital loyalty card solutions have already been in use for several years in food retailing, DIY stores, the fashion industry and mobility service providers.
Our DIY store solution was recently awarded first place in the expert jury’s assessment as part of the Best Retail Cases. The expert jury felt that the indoor navigation feature in particular, which enables shoppers to find the hagebaumarkt’s 60,000 products, has a very positive impact on customer satisfaction and makes it much easier to find one’s way around the wide range of products on offer.
